The Dublin University Journal of Criminology

The Dublin University Journal of Criminology (the DUJC) was established in 2020 by two students at Trinity College who saw a gap in the Irish academic landscape for a journal dedicated to criminological research. The field of criminology is growing vastly in Ireland with third level institutions increasingly adding courses dedicated to its study across the island. The DUJC was set up to offer a platform to students of criminology to have their work published. In doing so we hope to inspire further research into criminology and the related fields of criminal law, penology, victimology and sociology. Volumes I-III can be found in our Archive and in the British Legal Repository.
